Hotel was good staff behavior also polite. I have recommend of this hotel.Roadways bus stand is near the hotel.Naki Lake is 1.5 km from the hotel and it takes 5 to 10 minutes to walk to the lake..And there is also sbi's atm.

Illiterate and non trained staff who do not respond to customers. No facilites are provided in the room like drinking water, glass, towels, etc. even if you request them they will be served after hours of delay. No hot water though the area is cold. No restaurant. Some of the rooms are recently rennovated so the interior of those rooms are nice, but the whole property outside area and the corridors, stair case area are filled with dirt and scrap materials. Rooms are full of dust on the floor. In the night you will not be able to sleep because of too much sound from other residents who the hotel staff are not able to control. Rooms are not sound proofed either. Summary: Avoid at any cost.

Yes its not joke and not just to put the hotel best for any recomendation thats just because i have feeled it about all aspect. 1st thing the reception staff helpfull to get you t best and we were book it by oyo from our home and then go to trip so ataff has all our info and chexked it 2nd hotel room tgat has been allocated us is awesome and amazing because i feel first time its 5 star quality rooms and in moumt abu you shiuld not imagine abiut this. 3rs they all have facility about AC wifi. Breakfast lumch dinner cleaning and everything that hitel staff has. Thanks to make my trip very nice dev recidensy staff...

We arrived at the hotel at 2.00pm having booked the room online with booking.com the evening before. As soon as we entered the reception which was still undergoing construction we saw a group of travellers being told that the hotel was full and their booking was not valid. We were then told that our booking was also invalid, as was that of another couple after us. The hotel staff attempted to find another room for us in a nearby hotel yet we were offered a room at nearly double the price of our original booking. Needless to say, we did not fall for it. They made no apologies for the fact that we had travelled there and were obliged to travel back that very same day thanks to them.

reached at mount Abu on 26 of march , stayed for one night. The ventilation mechanism of room no 516 was not working.There was no maintenance team for this problem...Please don't stay at room no 516.room was not neat and clean..dust found here and there
